Food and drink industry exhibited in new cookbook

A new cookery book which aims to showcase the Island's food and drink offering has been launched.

The Island Kitchen is a collaboration of recipes from local restaurants which use home sourced produce.

Miles Cowsill produced the book.

The cookery guide is designed to compliment the Food Matters strategy - Enzo Ciappelli is one of those featured:
