Tynwald asked to back new mental health strategy

It's not about improving on a bad mental health service - it's about striving for perfection.

That's the message from the Department of Health and Social Care which will be presenting a new five-year strategy on the topic to Tynwald this week.

Minister Howard Quayle says it's an attempt by the department to trailblaze a way forward:
