MHK queries contingency plans for Laxey bridge

An MHK is looking for clarity on the Department of Infrastructure's efforts to replace the collapsed Old Laxey Bridge.

Garff politician Steve Rodan will ask if contingency funding is definitely available in Tynwald tomorrow.

The bridge broke apart during flash flooding earlier this month.

He says if adverse weather closes in again they'll be problems if proper measures aren't implemented:
