CoMin and backbench MHKs must communicate, says Chief

It's vital that communications improve between the Council of Ministers and backbench MHKs.

That's according to the Chief Minister - who's disappointed that contributions to debate on both sides have been stifled by damaged relations.

It's suggested that there's room for improvement in the next administration - as the problem won't be solved overnight.
