New MHK gets new responsibility

The new Douglas East MHK is now a member of the Department of Home Affairs.

Jon Joughin was elevated to the role by Minister Juan Watterson - he was elected in a by-election in November last year.

He takes up the post alongside current members Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas and MLC Michael Coleman.
