MHKs question need to reduce drink drive limit

Concerns have been raised that there isn't enough evidence to warrant reducing the drink drive limit on the Isle of Man.

Last year there were 909 crashes on our roads - 12 of those drivers failed a breathalyser test with only 10 people being convicted of a drink driving offence.

Glenfaba MHK Geoffrey Boot says we could end up criminalising the "vast majority" of the population if the rules change.

South Douglas MHK Bill Malarkey says he's concerned about the impact on the hospitality industry after Scotland's saw a dip when the country altered its limits:
