Summerland site needs a 'creative' developer

Efforts to find a "creative" developer for the derelict Summerland site are on-going.

Despite being open to offers the Department of Infrastructure still hasn't found a buyer for the land on Douglas Promenade.

Onchan MHK Peter Karran says he thinks it needs to be incentivised in a bid to benefit the economy as a whole:
