MHK frustrated at 'tumbleweed' approach

"Tumbleweed" - that's how an MHK has described the efforts of some politicians in the run up to this year's Budget.

Howard Quayle supported the Treasury's financial plan for the next year when it was unveiled on Tuesday.

As Health and Social Care Minister he'll see his budget increased to give him a pot of just under £200 million to cover all of the department's spending. 

However he took the opportunity to vent his frustration at lack of progress in other areas:
