Tynwald reviewed itself 'quicker 100 years ago'

100 years ago Tynwald reviewed itself with greater urgency than it does now.

That's according to Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas who's frustrated that the terms for reviewing its branches keep being delayed.

It was agreed in June last year - but it's suggested that there's been no progress update.
