Minister says 'old boys club' isn't representative of Manx population

It's time to pump fresh blood into the House of Keys.

That's the view of the current Policy and Reform Minister - who says, after 20 years in politics on the Isle of Man, he won't be standing in the next General Election.

It's suggested the 'old boys club' isn't representative of the electorate and one female parliamentarian in 24 is 'inexcusable'.
