International complaints spark online gaming investogation

Four Island-based online gaming companies are being investigated by an Island regulator. 
The Gambling Supervision Commission is in dialogue with the licensees' representatives after police received a substantial number of complaints.
12Bet, Fun88, TLC Bet and withheld winnings from customers related to promotions on bets placed during Cheltenham Festival.
Objections came from residents both here and overseas - the GSC is now gathering information to resolve the complaints as quickly as possible. 
It will make a recommendation in due course - Office for Fair Trading chief executive Mike Ball says he has every confidence in the process:
