Post Office change would be 'easy' says consultant

If the Isle of Man Post Office is to survive - it has to change its business model.

That's according to the independent expert who has recommended that it becomes a government-owned service instead of a statutory board.

It's suggested the corporatisation of the Post Office would provide for a more profitable, sustainable, and diversified future than the one it currently enjoys.

Tynwald will be asked to consider the proposals next week - Elmar Toime says the move is for the greater good:
