Lord Lisvane's Tynwald review enters second week

The man tasked with reviewing Tynwald and recommending options on how to reform it says he wants the exercise to be as "open and accessible" as possible: 
Lord Lisvane is entering the second week of hearing evidence as he examines the functions of the branches of the Island's parliamentary set-up. 
This week he's due to hear from a number of MHKs and MLCs as well as the Clerk of Tynwald - he is due to hand over his report to government next month. 
The President of Tynwald Clare Christian was the first person to be put under the spotlight - she was quizzed on whether MLCs should be elected by the public:
