Public's call for LegCo reform goes to Lord Lisvane

All Tynwald Members, and the Chief Minister, should be elected by the public. 
 
That's the finding of a new poll conducted by a Douglas South MHK - the evidence from it was presented to the man in charge of reviewing the Island's parliamentary system this week.
 
More than 300 people responded to Bill Malarkey's Facebook probe - it also showed people want the present three-chamber system to be changed. 
 
In addition the MHK handed over more than 100 comments on how to reform the system - he says he's pleased the public's view is being put forward:
