'Don't become complacent' warn police as TT comes to an end

TT 2016 is coming to an end and for the Roads Policing Unit - Senior Race Day ended on a good note.
 
Speaking yesterday from the joint control room Sergeant Barry Hand gave his final update of the festival - saying that the bank holiday has been quiet for them with no call outs to any RTCs.
 
At some point over this weekend Sergeant Will Moffatt will provide the final notice when they will close the dedicated TT traffic desk for another year. 
 
It's been a busy two weeks for the Roads Policing team dealing with multiple road traffic collisions and closureswhilst proving their usual unmarked bikes and speed traps. 
 
The festival is now coming to an end with many visitors heading back to the boat - Sergaent Hand has one final bit of advice:
