Incapacity flaws were revealed at a tribunal says Minister

Flaws with a controversial incapacity assessment process were revealed during a tribunal. 
 
That's according to the Treasury Minister who this week apologised to Tynwald for making false claims about the people carrying out assessments for Dependability Limited. 
 
It's after it was revealed that an assessor wasn't registered to carry out the 20 face to face interviews which they conducted.
 
Eddie Teare told the court he couldn't comment further following legal advice but said he would provide a further update next month. 
 
South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft - a long term critic of the company and its processes - demanded an apology from all members of Treasury who'd given incorrect information to MHKs questions:
