Wider range of sentencing options needed says Minister

Legislation needs to be put in place to give courts on the Isle of Man a wider range of sentencing options.
 
That's according to the Department of Home Affairs which wants to improve and modernise our criminal justice setup.
 
The public are being asked to share their opinions on proposals for early intervention, youth justice, offender management and how long a prisoner should serve before being considered for parole.
