Parker wants seat in new southern constituency

The executive producer of a local production company has declared his intention to stand for election in September.

Carl Parker - who runs Parker and Snell - is seeking election in the newly formed constituency of Arbory, Castletown and Malew.

He says it's imperative the next administration has 'accountability and transparency' at its centre and implements a priority budget - saying he's 'completely against' further cuts to public services.
