Bunscoill pupils make Channel 4 announcements

Pupils from the Island's Manx language school will be making programme announcements on Channel 4 this week.

The Bunscoill Ghaelgagh in St John's was selected to be part of the broadcaster's Voices of 4 project, which celebrates the diversity of the British Isles.

The Year 4 pupils will be heard introducing tonight's episode of The Simpsons at 6pm, as well as this weekend's Sunday Brunch.

The announcements, which were filmed earlier this month, will include English subtitles.

The Bunscoill has 67 pupils, and is the world's only Manx Gaelic school.
