Inquest into Ramsey harbour death to open

An inquest into the death of a man whose body was found in Ramsey harbour will open this morning.

80-year-old Derek Beavers's body was discovered last Thursday near the town's Swing Bridge.

Police initially described the death as unexplained and launched an investigation.

The hearing will take place at Douglas Courthouse from 9.30am.
