Pupils from St Thomas' Church of England Primary School will be running the Manx Museum today.

Youngsters from years five and six will be leading gallery tours and running a code cracking challenge as part of the take over.

Manx National Heritage has been working with the students for the last three months to prepare for the event.

Kids Take Over Day is an annual event that takes place at museums across the British Isles.

Admission to the museum is free, with pupils running tours between 1pm and 3pm.
