Residents in Castletown are being asked what should be done with the town's square.

The area is mainly used as a car park, but the town's local authority is considering plans to pedestrianise the square.

Castletown Town Commissioners say the square doesn't fulfill its purpose currently, but that seasonal closures could encourage pavement cafes.

The board discussed the idea at a meeting last week and is now asking residents for feedback on its Facebook page.
