Minister to discuss courthouse future with Commissioners

Ramsey Town Commissioners will meet with the Home Affairs Minister to discuss the future of Ramsey Courthouse today.

Bill Malarkey announced in this week's sitting of the House of Keys that he'll speak with the local authority later.

The Government is selling the courthouse on the open market, but the Commissioners want to keep the building in public ownership.

The Commissioners have made a bid for the facility, but the Minister previously indicated that more than one party is interested.
