Two-hour delay to racing schedule

There is a two-hour delay to today's racing schedule at the Isle of Man TT.

Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson announced that the roads will now remain open until at least 11.15am, when the Mountain Road will start to close, followed by the rest of the course at midday.

However, a further decision will be made at 11am.

Today's schedule includes the first Sidecar race, which was delayed from Saturday due to a lack of practice earlier in the week, and the opening Supersport race.

Heavy rain is forecast throughout today, with an amber weather warning in place.
