Items stolen from the garage of one of the top racers in the TT paddock have been found following a social media appeal.

Smith's Racing's Peter Hickman appealed for help finding the Trooper Beer boarding and poles after they went missing from the paddock.

Just a couple of hours after sharing images of the stolen items on Facebook, Hickman confirmed the missing boards and poles had been located, and thanked everyone who had shared and commented on his post.

Hickman won the Joey Dunlop Championship Trophy for the best results over the course of the week, finishing on the podium in all five races.
