Island's police launch new recruitment drive

Sat, 15 Jul 2017

The Island's police force is looking for new officers.

Recruitment campaigns to find new Student Constables and experienced officers from other forces have been launched by the Isle of Man Constabulary.

The Manx police are keen to bring in officers who can hit the ground running, as well as those they can train locally.

Those who are chosen will begin working for the Constabulary in January next year.

Drop in sessions for those keen to learn about joining the police are being held in the Sea Terminal next month and in September, as well as a session at the NSC cafe. The Constabulary's Tweetbeat Twitter account will also hold a question and answer session on September 19th.
