Witnesses sought following Mountain Road incident

Police are appealing for information following an incident on the Mountain Road.

Officers want to hear from drivers who were overtaken by a vehicle displaying R plates heading towards Douglas.

The incident happened at around 10am at the Mountain Mile on Saturday. The road was closed for several hours while the emergency services dealt with a crash.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
