Prescription queries for Health Minister

The Health Minister will be asked about proposed changes to the Island's prescription charges in Tynwald questions.

Douglas North MHK David Ashford wants to know the logic behind the Department of Health and Social Care's decision to increase the free prescription age to 75.

Kate Beecroft will also be asked to provide details about the extra revenue increased charges will bring her Department.

Meanwhile, Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson wants to know when the DHSC will set up direct debits for prescription prepayment certificates.

This month's Tynwald questions will be published in writing next week.
