Early departure for Ben

There have been some changes to today's ferry schedule due to the weather conditions.

The Steam Packet Company had warned that this morning's crossing to Heysham could be cancelled with winds reaching up to severe gale force nine forecast.

Instead, the operator sent the Ben-my-Chree out 30 minutes early.

Passengers on the 2.15pm service to Douglas are asked to check in as normal, with the sailing currently expected to depart as scheduled.
