Planning permission sought for children's play area

Planning permission is being sought for a children's play area and cafe in Douglas.

The applicant wants to set up a facility in Spring Gardens for up to 30 children and their parents with a small cafe serving party food.

The plans reveal the play centre would only be open in the day time, closing by 6pm, while parking for up to 10 cars could be provided.

The centre would mainly be used to host birthday parties.
