Emergency planning incident to take place in Groudle

The emergency planning exercise will take place in the Groudle Glen area

An emergency planning exercise will take place in the Groudle Glen area this evening.

The Isle of Man Government is warning there'll be a large number of emergency service vehicles and personnel in the area.

The police, fire service, ambulance service, civil defence and coastguard will all be involved in the exercise, with around 100 people involved.

The roads will remain open in the area, and the public are urged not to be alarmed.
