Witnesses sought to Douglas incident

Police are appealing for information following an incident involving two women in Douglas.

The incident happened in Ballabroie Avenue at around 12.30pm on Saturday.

Officers say one of the women had a dog, and are keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard any exchange between the two women.
