Man due in court for breaching TT course closure

A man is due in court today after entering the TT course while it was closed for last night's practice session.

The 67-year-old from West Yorkshire is facing charges of obstructing or hindering the conduct of a race, failing to comply with a requirement of a marshal and being found on a road prohibited by a road closure.

The incident resulted in the start of practice being delayed.

Police warn those found disregarding the rules of closed roads will face robust action.
