A local farm has received abusive messages from a British vegan group.

Isle of Man Goats revealed it's been targeted on social media by UK Vegan, which describes itself as a group for friendly discussion.

One member of the group encouraged other vegans to leave one star reviews on the farm's Facebook page, while others sent offensive private messages.

After posting about the abuse on their own Facebook page, Isle of Man Goats revealed they intend to contact the police about the abusive messages.
