The Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister will face a question about financial support for farmers at this month's sitting of Tynwald.

Ramsey MHK Alex Allinson wants to know whether help is being provided to Manx farmers who have struggled during the recent spell of prolonged hot weather.

Geoffrey Boot will provide a response at next week's sitting.

Temperatures reached a record high during June, with the hot and dry conditions continuing into this month.
