Douglas elects new Councillor

Andrew John Bentley has been elected to Douglas Borough Council.

He secured 191 of the 442 votes cast during yesterday's bye election in Derby Ward.

Mr Bentley will serve as a Councillor until May 2020.

Turnout at the election was 18.5%.
