Police reiterate Mountain Road cyclist appeal

Police are appealing for cyclists to stay off the Mountain Road during the Festival of Motorcycling following numerous calls.

Officers have received reports of cyclists continuing to use the road, despite bicycles being prohibited during the two-week race period.

The road remains two-way throughout the fortnight, but the cycling ban is in place until September 3rd.
