Motorcyclist Killed At Windy Corner

A motorcyclist has died following a serious collision on the Mountain Road.

The incident happened on the Douglas side of Windy Corner at around 3:30pm yesterday.

Police say the vehicles involved were a car and a motorcycle, both of which were travelling North towards Ramsey.

As a result of the collision, the rider of the motorcycle, a 47-year-local man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The local driver of the car involved was uninjured.
