Chief Constable and MHKs 'behind bars'

Fri, 08 Feb 2019

Prominent members from the Manx community including MHKs and local business people will take part in a charity event next month.

"24 Hours in Police Custody" has been organised by the Isle of Man Police Youth Scheme.

Those taking part in the event will be arrested at their place of work by police cadets before transporting them to the Old Police Station at Lord Street in a van for “mugshots” and fingerprints.

Money raised from the event will be split between the charity Housing Matters and the Isle of Man Police Youth Scheme.
