DoI deals with parking permit backlog

People who haven’t received their new parking permits are being asked to use their old ones until a backlog of applications has been dealt with.

There's been a delay to the distribution of this year's permits to people who live in disc zones.

The Department of Infrastructure has confirmed parking controllers know about the delay, and are asking drivers to use last year’s in the meantime.

The DoI says they had more than 4,000 renewals submitted Island-wide.
