Hundreds gather to celebrate life of Daley Mathison

Hundreds of motorcyclists gathered yesterday at the funeral of a rider who died at this year's TT.

Daley Mathison from Stockton was killed in a crash during the opening race of this year's event.

The 27-year-old was making his 19th TT start, having previously achieved three podium finishes.

A convoy of about 600 motorcyclists, which included family and friends, joined the funeral cortege before the service at Teesside Crematorium.
