Senior director at Noble's faces sexual misconduct charge

A senior director at Noble’s Hospital is facing allegations of sexual misconduct at a tribunal in Manchester.

The Clinical Director of Mental Health Services Dr Timothy Byrne appeared the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service after claims he had a two-year affair with a patient.

Dr Byrne who is from Ramsey, denies misconduct and says his relationship with the patient was appropriate and professional at all times.
