Electric bikes being trialled

Electric powered bikes are being tested on the Island as part of a Government trial.

The machines are being trialled for short work journeys as part of the Island's strategy to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Department of Infrastructure parking controllers are already using the bikes and the Government are now seeking the views of colleagues delivering public services across departments.
