Headteachers set to strike next month

Headteachers across the Isle of Man are set to strike next month.

NAHT members on the Island voted last night to escalate action in their current pay dispute with the Department of Education.

Teachers and leaders say they have lost confidence in the Isle of Man government because it is not demonstrating that it values the essential work they do.  

The strike is set to take place on Tuesday 31st March.
