Commissioners pay tribute to 'all-round good guy'

The chair of Marown Commissioners has praised “all-round good guy” Tim O’Hanlon, who’s died aged 73.

He served on the local authority for the best part of three decades.

Alison Lynch has described the news as a huge shock to the Manx community.

She paid tribute to a selfless man who always thought of others:
