CCTV appeal after mountain bike stolen

Police are appealing for information after a specialized mountain bike was stolen in Douglas last month.

The incident happened at around 3:20pm on 5th August.

The bike was stolen from outside Clinches Court in North Quay.

Officers have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak in connection with the incident.

The force said: "It is known he was drinking in the Bridge Pub immediately before the offence took place. Any person able to assist in identifying this male is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212 and quote reference number 97/36015/21 or alternatively ring the anonymous crime stoppers line on 0800 555 111."
