Church to celebrate bi-centenary

A church on the Isle of Man will celebrate its bi-centenary this weekend.

St Andrew's in Kirk Andreas was the first church to be built in the area with a rector appointed in 1121.AD.

A new church built in around 1804 and was was not fully consecrated until November 1821.

On Sunday, there will be a thanksgiving service at 10:30am followed by a bring and share lunch.
