Isle of Man Orienteering Klubb Summer Challenge Orienteering Event this weekend

Isle of Man Orienteering Klubb will be running a Summer Challenge Orienteering event this weekend.
It will take place on Saturday in the Tholt y Will Glen area. Start and finish is from the Sulby Reservoir Car Parking area. Registration is from 11:50am - 12:30pm with individual start times from 12:00pm - 12:40pm
This is a free order event in which participants have 1 hour to visit as many control points and punch their scorecard before the hour is up.
This activity is suitable for people of all ages and people can take part as individuals, families or groups of friends. Children must be under the supervision of an adult.
Participants can walk, jog or run and suitable footwear and clothing must be worn for weather and underfoot conditions. Compass is optional, to assist with navigation. No dogs can accompany participants at this event as farmland will also be used that has sheep grazing in the fields.
Cost sheet - Adult: £3.00. Children under 16yrs: £1.00. Family (Adults & Children under 16yrs): £6.00(max)
Guidance can be given by Orienteering Klubb members before the start, if you are new to this activity.
